Our Wine Tonight: Pomegranate Pinot Noir – Cityscape Winery

Our wine tonight is the Pomegranate Pinot Noir from Cityscape Winery in Pelzer, South Carolina.

Gold medal winner in 2019 Palmetto Wine Competition.

Pinot Noir fermented with fresh pomegranate juice.

Medium ruby color.

Nose of pomegranates, wild blackberries, and black cherries.

Semi-Sweet on the palate.

Flavor notes of pomegranate juice, red plums, and “hot just out of the oven blueberry pie,” finishing with light tones of earthy spices and lingering notes of fresh harvested black truffles.

Absolutely pair this with turkey for Thanksgiving.

11% ABV.

$16 a bottle.
