Our wine tonight is the Queen from St. Paul Mountain Vineyards in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Sweet Red blend, 80% Cabernet Franc.

Aged 6 months in oak.

Expressive red plums, blackberries, cherry cola, and fresh vanilla bean on the nose.

Flavor notes of overripe blackberries, figs, fresh baked cherry pie right out of the oven, black currants, red currants, black plum, freshly ground dark coffee beans, rich mocha, slightly melted chocolate covered cherries, finishing with smooth hints of pipe tobacco and smoke.

A very indulgent and smooth drinking red blend.
